Answers to General Questions

How much do people pay to get in?
€10.00 per person. Car parking is free and supervised

How many Exhibitors are expected?
Over 100 in each venue and we have also have inquiries from stands to exhibitors from the USA, Italy and Malta

Who are the organisers?
Kate Deegan of Co-ordination Made Easy

Co-ordination Made Easy is an Ennis based wedding planning company, managed by former Guest Services Manager for Dromoland Castle, Kate Deegan who was runner up in the Shell Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the year 2004

How do I secure a stand?
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your place and the balance of 50% paid three weeks before the event. Please complete the exhibitor enquiry form stating with the stand size and number of stands you require and we will send you a booking form.

Is there a discount if we exhibit at both fairs?
Yes there is a 10% discount on your total balance for the two fairs.

Will there be limited numbers of each category of suppliers?
No we don’t limit the number of suppliers within a category. Competition is good and there is plenty of business for everyone.

What advertising/promotion will be done?
An extensive media campaign is underway to promote both wedding fairs.
